{RaNdoM pHonE & InsTagRam PicS}

Here's a bunch of pictures I uploaded from my phone!  They are all pretty random, so what better place to put them than a random blog post!!!  :)

A couple weeks ago we went to Nordstrom to get Maddix his 1st pair of new shoes!  We had them shoe girl officially "fit" him and I was SHOCKED when she measured his foot and told us he was a size 7!!!  What!?!?!  Seriously....a size 7??  I made her measure it again because that could not be correct!  I remember Ayden and Zoey both wore a size 4 for a while with their first pairs of shoes!!  A size 7 was like a 2 year old size!!  Eeeek......we might have a future filled with size 17 shoes!!  We will just call him BIG FOOT!!!!

We couldn't decide between these 2 pairs.....they were both so stinkin' cute on him!!!

We ended up with the cute green Pumas!!  :)

These pics were taken at Ayden's soccer practice a couple weeks ago.....I just love how cute Maddix is when he is standing!!  Which makes me SO HAPPY that he is finally walking!!  :)

He is constantly getting into my purse and pulling out chapstick, gum, dollar bills, credit cards......little stinker!!

Zoey and one of her favorite friends, Annie!!  Zoey got new shoes....twinkle toes....and they light up and are quite obnoxious!!  :)  When Annie saw them, she had to have them, so her mom took her to get a pair a couple days later!  Here are the "twinkle toe twins"!!!  :)

Maddix being crazy on the way to school one morning.....trying to escape the stroller.....

A couple weeks ago, we went to story time at the library and the fire fighters were there with their trucks!  Zoey was very hesitant to sit on the fire truck.....Maddix had no problem!  You can't tell in this picture, but Zoey was trembling with fear!  Too bad Ayden wasn't there....he would've loved exploring inside the fire truck and he would've talked the fire fighters ears off!!  :)

Grammy Con got to come to story time with us....

Maddix likes big trucks.....especially big Toyota trucks!!!  :)

Ayden and his friend Hannah walking to school on "favorite color" day.....

This is my hidden stash in one of my cabinets.  Isn't that sad?!?!!?  I think I have a problem!  HAHA!!  It is a hidden cabinet that noone ever opens, so I don't have to worry about anyone stealing my stash!!  :)

Maddix has become the expert at going up and down the stairs!  I'm so glad I don't have to worry about him near the stairs anymore.....we always try to teach our kids as early as possible how to come down the stairs on their bellies!  Good job Maddix!!  :)

Ayden always conveniently needs to go poopy (sorry...TMI) when it's time to do homework.  So lately, I have been having him take his homework into the bathroom with him since he spends a good 15 or 20 minutes in there!  You might as well make the most of your time, right?!?!  :)  One day, he started walking towards the bathroom with his homework AND his after school snack....a grilled cheese sandwich!!  Luckily I caught him before he took food into the bathroom with him!!  EWWWW!!!!!

Here is is saying, "awww......come on"!!!  LOL!!

On Saturday, Ayden and Zoey had conflicting soccer games, so Jeremiah took Zoey and I took Ayden.  Since we only have 1 car, times like this make it a little tricky when it comes to transportation!!  But thank goodness we have so many bikes!!  :)  Jeremiah plopped Zoey in the baby seat with her ball and water bottle and they were off......

Who needs a 2nd car when you have 8 bikes in the garage?!?!?  :)

Yesterday was Zoey's preschool Halloween party.  The kids got to wear their costumes and did some fun songs and activities!

Maddix can't wait until it's his turn to be a "busy bee"!!

Zoey decided to wear last year's bee costume since her school is "Busy Bee Academy"!!  She knew her teacher would love it!! :)

Here she is telling Ms. Brooke what candy toppings she wants on her caramel apple.....YUM!!!!

My cute little busy bee......

Lots of randomness.....Happy Halloween.....and I am sure my next post will be all about our fun Halloween day!!!  :)

{We hAvE a WalKeR}

All I can have to say about this is.....

FINALLY!!!!!

IT'S ABOUT TIME!!!!!

HALLELUJAH!!!!!

I obviously couldn't wait for him to start walking.....and 1 week shy of 13 months, he is off and ALMOST running!!!  Just in between Ayden and Zoey.....Ayden was 11 months and Zoey was 15 months!  I am so excited....and he just looks so darn cute as he wobbles around the house all day!!  There is just something so darn cute about a standing/walking baby!!  :)

{Mr. PouTy PanTs}

Just barely 1 year old and he has already mastered the dirty looks and pouty face!!  I'm so glad I finally caught this on my camera because he has been doing this look for a couple weeks now!  I was feeding Maddix yogurt tonight and he has this habit of SCREAMING in between bites because apparently I am not fast enough with the spoon!

Whenever I tell him "no" about something, he first gives me a dirty looks with this little scowly face......

Then he sticks his bottom lip out to go along with the dirty look.....

Then he sticks his bottom lip out as far as he can and just holds it as he stares me down....

I can only imagine how this little attitude is going to evolve as he becomes a teenager!!!!  We might be in trouble with this one!!  :)

We had a great weekend celebrating my birthday!  I have been dreading this birthday for a while.....I am now the B-I-G 35!!  That is until a month or two ago where I read on someone's blog that as they were getting older, they didn't dread their birthdays....instead they looked at each birthday and felt gratitude that they made it another year!  I like this way of thinking!  Instead of thinking about how I was getting older, I just kept thinking that I am so lucky to have all that I have.....especially a wonderful, healthy family!!  Soooo......this year, turning another year older was easy!!  :)

My day started off getting these cute flowers from my good friend, Genn at 7:30 am!!  :)  We walk our kids to school together, so since we saw them early, this was the first thing I got and it definitely brightened my day!!  :)

The kids had a minimum day for parent/teacher conferences, so they were out by 11:30 am!  So my 3 cuties decided to take me out to lunch.....to Panera, one of my faves!!  :)

We had a regular day for the most part.....and all day I was looking forward to 5 pm when our babysitter was scheduled to arrive and take over while I went off on a great date night with my hubby!!  We went to one of our favorite cute little restaurants, The Twisted Gourmet, and had our favorite pizza!!  Mmmmm!!  It was so nice to just eat in peace and chat and sit outside enjoying the scenery!!

Jeremiah and I were going to go to Island's after dinner at The Twisted Gourmet because I was REALLY REALLY craving a Kona Pie!!  And what better excuse to eat a Kona Pie than it being my birthday!!!  But we went to Best Buy first to let our dinner settle cuz we are laptop shopping and I couldn't get Jeremiah out of there fast enough......so we missed dessert and had to get back to the babysitter!!

On Saturday, my parents came to watch the kids soccer games and celebrate my birthday!  We were going to go to my all time favorite, Cheesecake Factory, for lunch.....but I was still craving that Kona Pie at Island's so we switched plans and went there!!  :)

Are you drooling!?!?!?  I am!!!  I think I need another one right about now!!

Sometimes it is his goal to make the silliest, weirdest face when getting his picture taken!!  Argh!!!!

As you can tell, the dessert was AWFUL!!!!  HAHA!!  :)  I wanted to lick the plate clean, but I didn't want to embaress Jeremiah and my parents!!

On Sunday after church, we went to Jeremiah's parent's house to celebrate Jeremiah's brother Kirt's birthday, Maddix's birthday, and my birthday!

I can't get enough of this cute boy standing up!!  I love when they start walking.....something about them standing up all the time makes them so much cuter!!  :)

The kids were thoroughly entertained with this bundle of balloons at the house!  It provided hours of fun for them!!

The kids always love this decoration in the front of Grandma & Grandpa's house!  Each year for the past 4 years, we have taken a family pic in front of it on Halloween!  So this year, since I knew we wouldn't be there on Halloween, I brought the kid's costumes so we could keep up the tradition!!  :)

2012....

2011...

2010.....

2008..... (I guess we missed 2009)

Jawa, Merida and the monkey.....

Then we carved pumpkins!  Not sure why Ayden and Zoey were half naked in these pictures, but before I could convince them to get dressed again, they were elbow deep in pumpkin goo!!!

Ewww.......

Uncle Kirt & Jeremiah admiring their work......and I forgot to get a picture of the finished product!!  :-/

It was a great weekend!  So grateful for our families for celebrating with us!!  :)
